Closing Ceremony
Žiadne udalostiThe Closing Ceremony is a dignified ending to an entire year of cultural and artistic events, which materialised enthusiasm in the streets after being awarded the European Capital of Culture title. We have prepared an all-day event for citizens and visitors to the city, which will be a symbol of the message that culture and art are an inseparable part of Košice now and in the future. The events will be reminder of the route taken by Košice in the field of culture in the last five years. The culmination of the Closing Ceremony will be the 2in1 Concert which traditionally offers an unexpected and attractive connection of renowned artists. This time the joint programme of the concert will be prepared by the two actual European Capitals of Culture – Slovak Košice and French Marseille.
